This book has been divided into several sections. Section One lists the waters by county that are open to public fishing and boating. Those waters marked with • refer the reader to Section Two where county listings provide detail boating access information. The last section provides quick reference to s waters according to several categories.
The material in this book has been compiled to assist anglers and boaters
become more familiar with the vast amount of water resources available for
fishing and boating in Pennsylvania. The list of waters in Section One includ
lake acreage and stream milage, nearest town and the predominant species of
fish (see "Key To Species"). Those waters marked with * are either owned or
controlled by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission.
